VERSION HISTORY:

v2.2 (12-23-2020):
- Updated for v1.0.2189.0 (The Cayo Perico Heist DLC)
- NEW FEATURE: Unique Ammo Types for Ray and Mk II Weapons! The Widowmaker will no longer refill when encountering a Normal Minigun from the ground, and likewise for the Mk II weapons when meeting their normal equivalents
- Added missing lines for definitive TPS and FPS behavior to the Cayo Perico Weapons
- Updated the new DLC's pickups.meta arranged and organized by weapon type
- Improved formatting of comments
- Reorganized files and folders so the structure is simpler, improving navigation
- Updated installation instructions to be more friendly to the end-user, and to make it easier and faster for me to update the mod in the future
- Updated preview images in the main .OIV files
- Removed redundant MPHEIST3 entry in extratitleupdatedata.meta

v2.1 (05-04-2020):
- Fixed Version History.txt (formerly changelog) and About the Mod.txt from the Manual Installation folder, they contained info from another one of my mods, thanks to GreenAid for the head's up
- Updated the .OIVs with updated summary of features, changed a few names to better guide users what they install (they were all named "Immersive Pickups" formerly), now they should have distinct names
- Improved instructions for Manual Installation Method, I hope it's more clear now

v2.0 (05-04-2020):
- After almost 2 years, what changed? EVERYTHING! Rebuilt everything from scratch: now the files are cleaner, and more stable in-game, also adding a great load of new fixes and features for pickups and general gameplay. So for that, just check the updated "Summary of Features" in the description :D
- Organized all pickups.meta files and documented the main pickups.meta file to the best of my abilities (make sure Word Wrapping is turned off). This is thanks to all the people who have helped me become who I am today, without their teachings, my mods wouldn't exist. To all aspiring modders out there, I dare you to make this game even more beautiful than what the current community has made it to be!
- Say no more to unwanted weapons in your arsenal! Weapons now require button press to be picked up (E) on keyboard or (LB) with a controller
- Refined collection range values so it's consistent with all pickups and more immersive for the player, now you need to be closer both in first person and third person to be able to pick stuff up
- In addition to the former point, all pickups missing a value for the FPS camera now have it
- Picked up weapons are now automatically equipped by the player
- The money pickup has enabled collision and responds more naturally to ragdoll when falling from peds or getting hit by a vehicle!
- All previously unobtainable weapons now have pickup data (Fire Extinguisher, Flare, Ball, and BZ Gas)
- Enabled Physics for all pickups! Collisions have been enabled so they move relative (but not limited) to your gun's firing rate and fire power when shot. You can even set them on fire or make them explode and fly away. DISCLAIMER: This does NOT affect Health and Armour Pickups, they don't seem to be affected by the flag.
- Pickups can be damaged/broken/moved by shooting at them or setting them on fire, which leads to them becoming static props, or unobtainable.
- Added pickup effects! When shot, the fire extinguisher will spray CO2, the molotov will light a fire, the grenade would explode, teargas will spray gas, etc. Some guns also go boom!
- Gamepad/Controller vibrations now trigger for a fifth of a second when you obtain a pickup.
- Fixed/Added missing lines that R* failed to provide on several pickups, now they have proper first person pickup distance and definitive glow between first person and third person
- Ability to drop weapons much like in Grand Theft Auto: Online via a SHVDN script, with a customizable hotkey (Thanks, jedijosh920!)
- Changed default money pickup to an alternate look for the cash pile that has only one stack of cash, like in GTA IV.
- Optional Features: Choose between glowing or non-glowing pickups, and among several options for what peds drop as money pickups
- Clean installation method. Only touches update.rpf, and no redundant file replacements. Should be compatible with any mod excluding those that touch pickups.metas
- New entries for you vehicle modders (Does something with the mod installed, does nothing without the mod installed):

    REWARD_WEAPON_FIREEXTINGUISHER
    REWARD_AMMO_FIREEXTINGUISHER
    REWARD_WEAPON_BZGAS
    REWARD_AMMO_BZGAS
    REWARD_WEAPON_FLARE
    REWARD_AMMO_FLARE
    REWARD_WEAPON_BALL
    REWARD_AMMO_BALL
    REWARD_WEAPON_SNOWBALL
    REWARD_AMMO_SNOWBALL

- Supports all DLCs to date. Runs flawlessly on the latest patch, v1.0.1868.1 (Diamond Casino Heist DLC) at the time of writing.
- Removed retextures, I felt they were unnecessary for this mod, and most of all, they were unlore. (I will instead remake all of them from scratch [sorry, 420x420!], and release it as a separate mod. No release date yet as I am very busy, but I guarantee it will come along with many others)

v1.3 (10-06-2018):
- Updated for Grand Theft Auto V v1.0.1493.0 (After Hours DLC)
- Fixed some values for the pickup distance, should all be uniform now
- Removed the uninstaller to reduce download size, and prevent sharing of original files. Simply learn to backup before you mod, and all should be well
- Removed optionals (temporarily, until further notice)

v1.2 (08-01-2017):
- Added glowing pickups option, highly recommended to be used with kagikn's Glowing Pickup mod, found here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/glowing-pickup
- Added new optionals (for glowing pickups option only): Better Money Lights, Better Lights for Glowing Pickup
- Added an uninstaller, so those who are having problems can simply revert to the original files
- Removed manual installation method, if you still want to do so, feel free to open up the OIV Package and see where it leads the files

v1.1 (07-11-2017):
- Updated for mpgunrunning. Added formerly forgotten files, now every pickup should require button press.

v1.0b (02.26.2017):
- Included Drop Weapons script in the oiv, cleaner install path, and changed default hotkey of script to 'K'.

v1.0a (02-13-2017):
- Fixed something in the .OIV that caused to not install the retextures and model improvements for the props. You should now see better textures for the props! I apologize for this.

v1.0 (02-12-2017):
- Initial Release
